1. Returns & Refunds (14-Day Policy)

BRAINSEED AI FZE follows a 14-day refund policy. You have the right to request a refund or return within 14 days of your original purchase. Digital purchases (such as Websites, Diamonds 💎 or subscriptions) are refundable only if they have not been substantially accessed, deployed, or consumed. Custom service and development fees are non-refundable once implementation has begun.

Requests made after the 14-day period may not be honored.

2. Eligible vs. Non-Eligible Refunds

• Eligible Cases: Refund requests are accepted in cases of proven banking fraud, or if the platform fundamentally fails to operate as described (verified by technical support), provided the resources have not been consumed.
• Non-Eligible Cases: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind", failure to use the platform due to lack of basic technical knowledge, user misconfiguration, or after digital products and Diamonds have been utilized.

3. Steps to Claim a Refund

Cancellation requests must be submitted via our official email and must include:

• The account name and registered email address on the platform.
• Details, date, and order number of the purchase.
• The precise reason for the refund request.

4. Order Cancellations by BRAINSEED AI FZE

BRAINSEED AI FZE reserves the right to cancel any order or service implementation at its discretion. In cases where an order is canceled by BRAINSEED AI FZE for purchases already paid, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any fees you have paid will be refunded in full unless you choose an alternative substitution.
